Terms and conditions
These sales and delivery conditions constitute the agreement between Imago Sonas

A/S and dealer.

We deal exclusively with dealers. We deal under the Contracts Act with a 1-year guarantee from the invoice date. However, there are some brands that have longer guarantees.

Our normal opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.30.

Application

The following general sales and delivery conditions can only be deviated from by written agreement between the parties.

Price and payment conditions

All stated prices are excl. installation, VAT and other public expenses. The price is determined on the basis of Imago Sona A/S's special dealer price list at the time the offer/order is submitted. Imago Sonas A/S reserves the right to continuously change these prices and takes printing errors into account.

Payment: If the dealer is not registered in Imago Sonas A/S systems, the dealer can contact Imago Sonas A/S to inquire about the possibility of credit. Alternatively, the item will be sent against payment in advance. If the purchase price is not paid on time, we reserve the right to calculate interest in accordance with the Interest Act, Imago Sonas A/S can always, regardless of contrary agreements, demand a satisfactory guarantee for payment with one day's notice. Imago Sonas A/S is not responsible for the costs of such a guarantee.

Delivery

The delivery dates are not binding, even if they may be stated on the order and are confirmed by Imago Sonas A/S. Imago Sonas A/S endeavors to meet the stipulated delivery dates as far as possible, but assumes no responsibility for any delays. the dealer, on the other hand, has no claim to compensation if the delivery date is postponed.

If the delivery is not possible due to force majeure, Imago Sonas A/S can, without notice, postpone the delivery indefinitely or cancel the order, without any claims for compensation being made against Imago Sonas A/S. Force majeure includes: Labor dispute and any other circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as fire, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, riots, lack of means of transport, orders from environmental authorities, restrictions on motive power as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers, in addition arising from sub-suppliers' bankruptcy, which are due to any of the circumstances mentioned in this point.

All stated delivery times only apply to deliveries in Denmark and not to deliveries abroad, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and other offers only apply to orders for delivery in Denmark.

Property relationship

The title to the sold remains with Imago Sonas A/S until the purchase price has been paid in full. If the buyer pays an amount that is less than the total outstanding amount, Imago Sonas A/S has the right to determine which part of Imago Sonas A/S receivables shall be considered paid with the payment in question. This applies regardless of whether the dealer allows the partial payment to be accompanied by instructions that a certain part of Imago Sonas A/S's receivables has been paid. until ownership passes to the person concerned, the dealer is obliged to only use the sold in a responsible manner, to maintain it and to keep the sold both fire and theft insured for full value at his own expense. dealer is obliged to sign a mortgagee declaration at Imago Sonas A/S upon request. If several effects have been sold by the same agreement, ownership is valid in all the effects until the purchase price of the effects has been paid.

When selling software, only the right to use the software is sold.

Modification and cancellation

Cancellation or reduction of an order can only be done with the approval of Imago Sona A/S. If it is a special order, the item cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.

Products

All products sold by Imago Sonas A/S are covered by a 1-year warranty from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, there are brands with a longer warranty from the manufacturer.

All equipment sold with information that it is used or has been used as demo equipment is covered by a 30-day warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some manufacturers offer an even longer warranty in some cases, in these cases the warranty applies to the agreement between dealer and manufacturer, where the dealer must bear the cost of return shipping to the manufacturer. Imago Sonas A/S is therefore not part of this agreement. Imago Sonas A/S cannot therefore be held responsible for the RMA processing that takes place directly between the buyer and the manufacturer.

Although we do our best to provide adequate information, the images are indicative only and the items themselves are not necessarily 100% identical to the image shown. Products may be shown with additional equipment that is not included or in other shape and color variants.
